Teachers can upload their respective study materials - PDFs, PPTs, Video & Audio Files, Excel & DOC Files, Scanned Images on the Portal for the students to access later. Each uploaded file is indexed by a subject/topic which makes it easy for the students to search them.

Students visit the Institute's OnCloud portal and sign-in to access all the content uploaded by their teachers. OnCloud makes learning fun & flexible.

1 TB Cloud Space to store your Files

OnCloud gives you 1 TB space on the cloud to store all your files which can be then downloaded from a ready-made Student Portal.

We as of now support and allow PDFs, PPTs, Video & Audio Files, Excel & DOC Files, Scanned Images upto 25 MB per file. YouTube videos can also be linked. The platform has in-built viewer for common file types.

Yes, of course! You can link OnCloud with your existing website by creating a hyperlink there.

The OnCloud Server is set to provide 1 TB space per account. The file upload limit is 25 MB per file.

You can manage your account, create Login Ids for teachers & students, view study materials uploaded by your teachers, etc. from the Admin Panel itself. The OnCloud admin panel includes everything you would ever need to control your account with us.

For the File Sharing Platform, we follow a monthly billing cycle, whereas for Live Streaming platform, we follow an hourly payment cycle.

It is great to know about your decision. To start using an OnCloud service, we request you to kindly contact our executives. You can send us an email directly with your details so that we can raise an Invoice for you. After the Invoice is paid, you will receive your account details in the email address provided by you at the time of sign-up.
